You will be redirected to the server of Escrow.com . If you have not
used Escrow.com before, register first and then log in to your account and find your order in the list of active transactions. Choose the payment method.

Secure Transaction and Privacy Policy

All orders are made on a secure server through our automated ordering system. The online transaction
processing system is through Escrow.com , providing protection from fraud.
Any information that we may collect from you during your purchase, for shipping and billing purposes in
order to allow us to complete your order, is protected. We do not rent, trade, or sell your personal
information.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice due to change in the market.
Majority of artworks featured on our website have prices displayed and are available for immediate purchase online. For those where the prices are not displayed please contact us at customer@egy-art.net or by using the form provided in "Contact Us".

All online payments are processed by Escrow.com , an accredited escrow company, acting as an
intermediary between buyer and seller:

- Escrow.com tracks the shipped merchandise and verifies it was delivered.
- The seller is not paid until the buyer accepts the merchandise, or the inspection period expires.

Commissioned Artwork
|
| |
For commissioned artwork we require payment before the artist begins work on the order. You will be
billed upon confirmation of the order.

Framed Artwork
|
| |
Some artworks are already framed the stated price includes the frame.

| |
Shipping, Handling and Delivery
|
| |
- We provide free shipping worldwide.
- Our courier company FedEx will ship each purchased artwork. A notification with the courier details (delivery date and time) will be sent within 3 working days. Any date and time quoted for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the artwork.
- All artwork is fully insured during shipment to cover damage or non-delivery.
- Delivery of the artwork will be made at the address given by the purchaser as the shipping address.
- Delivery of the artwork will be within 14 days of payment clearance. Each order confirmed by e-mail. If artwork is part of an ongoing exhibition, may not be available immediately for shipment. We shall inform you by e-mail as to when to expect your artwork.
- The buyer shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulation covering the export and import of artworks into the country of destination and for payment of duties on them, if any.

Order Cancellation
|

An order can be cancelled within 3 days starting from the day after the order is placed. To cancel please e-mail to: customer@egy-art.net and you shall be reimbursed in full.

Return Policy
|
| |
- If you receive artwork and want to return it, contact us within 3 business days of receiving the artwork. Please ship it to the address we provide you within 7 days of receipt. You shall be refunded in full.
- To receive a refund you must return the artwork in the condition it was shipped to you.
- Insurance, packing and shipping fees associated with the return of the artwork are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Please inspect the package and its content in the presence of the delivery company representative. If the artwork is damaged, please inform us within 24 hours and the order will be cancelled.
- Please unpack carefully as any damage to the artwork during unpacking is the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
- Artwork made to order cannot be refunded.

Accuracy
|

We review carefully the image and all related details of each artwork to make sure that it reflects the actual artwork as closely as possible. However, colors might vary slightly depending on the equipment of the viewer.

Title
|
| |
- Title to the artwork shall pass to the buyer on the date on which the purchase price is paid.
- All copyrights in the artwork and all rights of reproduction will remain with the artist.
- All rights in the image on the site belong to Egy-Art.
